Costs & Terms
I am committed to providing the highest standard of medical care, in accordance with the professional guidelines laid out by the General Medical Council.
My practice strives to offer punctual, courteous, and confidential service. Should you feel that any aspect of your care has fallen short of these standards, I welcome your feedback. If your condition requires expertise beyond my own, I will be happy to refer you to a trusted colleague. In situations where there is uncertainty, I will make sure to explain it clearly, ensuring you understand all available options. At the end of every consultation, my goal is that you have a thorough understanding of your condition, the treatment options, and any associated risks.

Surgery/Operations/In-Patient Treatments
Fees for surgical procedures are charged at a standard rate, regardless of whether you have medical insurance. Please be aware that some insurance companies may not fully cover the costs, so it is always advisable to check with your insurer before undergoing surgery. All charges apply for treatments, irrespective of the outcome or satisfaction level. However, I am always open to discussing any concerns.
Payment Terms
Without Health Insurance: Invoices will be sent following your consultation or treatment, and payment is expected within 14 days. Interest on late payments may be applied in accordance with late payment legislation, and additional costs may arise from debt recovery processes.
With Health Insurance: Invoices will generally be sent directly to your insurer. However, insurance may not always cover the full cost of treatment, and any remaining excess costs will be your responsibility. It is advised that you verify coverage details with your insurer beforehand. If for any reason, we are unable to claim from your insurer, you remain liable for all incurred costs. Please note that we cannot invoice directly to BUPA UK.
Cancellation Fees
If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so well in advance. Appointments cancelled without 24 hours’ notice may incur a £50 cancellation fee for each missed session.
